Besshatyr Kurgans. It is an archeological monument of the ancient people of the Semirechye region. It is a group of 31 Scythian burial mounds, the largest 105 meters across and 17meters tall, dating from the 5th century BC.
Singing Sand Dune. The unique natural formation. A sandy ridge of 80 meters height and more than 3000 meters length possesses an unusual characteristics: in summer when the wind and people disturb sand, the ridge produces powerful continuous buzzing like the airplane din.
Big Almaty Lake. Having overcome a path (25 km length) from Almaty, you will find yourself at the altitude 2497 meters above sea level, next to the most beautiful lake with the depth which reaches 43 meters.
Altyn-Emelsky National Nature Park. This site preserves deathly-still evidence of the great events in the life of the nomadic tribes. In the territory of the Park there are discovered numerous archeological memorials: rock drawings of the Stone Age, the Bronze Age settlements, ancient mine workings and burial grounds. The animals listed in the International Red Book like Goitred Gazels, Wild Asses, the “manool” (wild) cats, Central Asian otters, rocky marten are encountered. Out of 250 species of birds found in the territory of the Park 22 refer to the rare and depopulating species.

Tour description.
Day 1.Meeting at the airport in Almaty. Almaty- Tamgaly picktrogliphs. 200 km. Asphalt. 3 hours. Dinner. Night in tents.
Day 2.Breakfast. Excursion to picktrogliphs. Tamgaly - Konshengel settlement - AkZhar settlement. Driving thru Taukum and Moyinkum sands. 200 km: 60 km Asphalt, 140 km Sands. Lunch packages. Dinner. Night in tents on the coast of Ili river.
Day 3.Breakfast. Ak-Zhar settlement - Sarybulak settlement. Moyinkum Sands. 200 km: 160êì Sands, 40 km Asphalt. Lunch packages. Dinner. Night in tents.
Day 4. Breakfast. Sarybulak settlement - National park Altyn-Emel. 180 km: 140 km Asphalt, 40 km lack of roads. Lunch packages. Dinner. Night in a guests house.
Day 5. Breakfast. Altyn-Emel - Ak-Tau mountain (Alt 900 m). Besshatyr Kurgan, Singing Sand Dune, Mountain Àê-Tau. 180 km: lack of roads. Lunch packages. Dinner. Night in a guests house.
Day 6.Breakfast. Driving back to Almaty. 300 km. Asphalt. Lunch in a Cafe. Dinner. Overnight in “Kazakhstan” hotel.
Day 7. Breakfast. Driving to Big Almaty lake (Alt 2497 m). 80 km: 40êì Asphalt, 40 km lack of roads. Lunch in a Cafe. City tour. Dinner in the national Kazakh restaurant "Zheruyik". Transer to the airport.
